Was on there site, tried to buy a whole lot of domains that said where available, tried to buy them and system said card declined even when there was more than enough money in the account.

Called the next day and showed them the problem they did not really care as its a call centre in India. Next day I check my bank statement and saw money has been taken out my account. I called up and sent detailed emails with screen shots of bank account statement etc. they keep emailing me and saying they need the domain name I bought and the invoice number.

No matter how many times I tell them I don't have either as there system "declined" the transaction they don't seem to understand. Don't use them for any web services they are terrible and not customer focused
