Apallying customer service. Customer care line related to service enquire left much to be desire.(1) unwilling to book a service call despite the appliance been under Maytag guarantee. (2) unprofessional attitude in dealing with the customer they are in the wrong (3) wasting customer time by ordering the wrong parts and have no reasonable justification to the customer as why an engineer turns up at the customers house with the wrong parts (4) customer care enquire very un helpful. Will like to take this further.
